1. Services
Hoarding Cleaning Ottawa provides professional hoarding cleanup, extreme cleaning, biohazard remediation, estate cleanup, and related services in the Ottawa, Ontario region. All services are performed by trained, licensed, and insured professionals.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All pricing is confirmed following a free on-site assessment. Written, all-inclusive quotes are provided before any work begins. The quoted price is the price you pay — no hidden fees or surprise charges. Any additional work requested beyond the original scope will be quoted and approved separately before proceeding.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in each written quote. Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that situations change. Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover crew and equipment scheduling.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the property and conditions during the assessment.
- Ensure legal right to authorize work on the property.
- Secure any items of particular value before our team arrives (we will also identify and set aside valuables during the project).
- Grant reasonable access to the property during scheduled work hours.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and project details with strict confidentiality. Our team arrives in unmarked vehicles and we never discuss client situations with third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hoarding Cleaning Ottawa carries comprehensive liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural damage, hidden defects, or conditions not reasonably discoverable during the initial assessment.
8. Website Use

9. Governing Law
